A beautiful and light filled 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom residence at Chateau Chamonix. This residence boasts hardwood flooring through the great room and well-defined entertaining spaces on either side of the river rock fireplace. Sit back and relax in the gorgeous wraparound sofa and leather side chairs or enjoy a meal together at the dining table after a day of adventures. The living room also features a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a private balcony which wraps around the residence, with access from the living room and the primary bedroom.
All of the bedrooms are nicely furnished and enjoy lots of natural light. The 3rd bedroom would use the bathroom off the hallway. All of the bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels.

We had two different groups, one arrived at 3pm, the other at 7pm. The office was closed for us arriving afterhours yet Allen made it so easy and communicated each step for us. I so appreciated the communication. He called us the day before arrival verifying, and twice on the day of. The place was clean and I felt safe. Love that each bedroom has it's own bath. Where can you find a 4 bedroom, 4 bath place? This is it! I would definitely stay here again. We did not cook here, yet the kitchen & entertaining area was large.

Allan was awesome! Allen or is it Al?? He communicated with me the day before, and twice on the day of arrival. I so much appreciated the extra communication. His instructions were perfect as we arrived afterhours. The rental property itself was awesome. It was clean and we all loved having our own bathroom. We did not use the kitchen except for coffee, so I cannot really state if it is equipped for cooking. All of us felt safe, and loved the main room, family room area.

#325 was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 1 child; the bathrooms were well equipped and roomy. The outdoor balcony was beautiful but it was a bit too cold to enjoy it.

Our vacation rental was perfect for our large family. The furnishing were all very nice and the unit had so much room for everyone to spread out. The location on the mountain was awesome! It happened to be very hot that weekend in Steamboat so it was very hot in the unit with out AC but that was the only complaint.

We were so pleased with our stay. The front desk, manager, maintenance and housekeeping were all super. It’s nice to find a high end place that somehow manages not to attract high-maintenance/obnoxious clientele. We never heard a peep from a neighbor or upstairs unit. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. The ski access is super easy. We will definitely come again.
