The river rock gas fireplace is a beautiful focal point of the great room, complimented by the leather armchair and ottoman, and the elegant dining table that can seat up to eight. The living room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and gaming console.
The bedrooms consist of a primary bedroom with access to the balcony, and attached primary bathroom with walk-in shower, jetted tub and double vanity. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom bath is located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, as well as ceiling fans.

This is a great rental property within Steamboat. The location is wonderful - short five minutes to town. Places to eat within walking distance, or a short 5-10 min. walk to the base of the mountain with great food, drinks, and activities. The rental was great for four adults and two teenage children, plenty of room when we were there. Kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it for a great place to stay in Steamboat.

The condo was very nice and worked out perfectly for my 2daughters, 3 grandchildren and myself. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was just as the pictures and descriptions showed and the location was great. We were able to walk most places and downtown was a short drive. The management staff during our stay were very nice and helpful.

We loved the location of the condo; right in the heart of all the Steamboat activities. We can see why it’s a great ski in and out in the winter! The condo was clean, just a bit dated, and not having air conditioning was a bit rough since it’s July. Overall though, it’s a great place to stay!

We spent a couple of nights at Chateau Chamonix. Al at the front desk is arguably the best I have ever seen; matched only by some distant relatives in Croatia. Property was in immaculate condition. Al helped to unload the car and provided a comprehensive walk through. We took the wrong skis from the ski valet when we left (2 identical pair side by side). Al set up the other guest immediately and was absolutely the soul of courtesy and information. We sent her skis back to Georgia and continue to work with Al to get our rentals back here to Denver. Top drawer experience. Property is great, but the staff make it one of the few to return to.
